My Story

Hello I’m Amie , a mammy of three girls and a big believer that women deserve choices.

I was a single mom working in the beauty industry. And I loved my job but i was working too long for not enough pay, which resulted in me working two jobs, exhausted and guilty for missing moments with my oldest daughter.

Everything changed when I found a wellness business, I could run from home, around school, gymnastics etc. Now I help other mums feel seen, strong, and supported , with practical wellness, feel-good routines, and a simple way to earn from home.

This business gave me freedom of choice and an opportunity to travel the world taking my daughter on amazing trips, I defiantly wouldn’t have been able to before like Disney Land, numerous Europe trips, Dubai and even a month long Australia trip.

Fast forward I’m now on maternity leave with my third daughter and this business has been here for me while I navigate , because we all know maternity payment is not not enough to survive, esp the with hoe expensive shopping is now.

I’m so eternally grateful for my business, with an amazing team of women who want more from life and their family.

So here ive created a space where you’ll find helpful mum-life tips, realistic wellness, and no-pressure ways to build options for your family.
